Figma approached us with the challenge of creating a unified theme to be implemented across five international office locations in San Francisco, New York, London, Tokyo, and Singapore.

We sourced locations and handled full service production and design for events at The Tower of London, San Francisco City Hall, and Cipriani 25 Broadway NYC

One of the main deliverables was designing custom decor that could be shipped and distributed globally, ensuring consistency across all events. We brought Figma's “fireworks” graphic to life, incorporating projection mapping, glowing tabletop lamps, wind spinners, printed signage, and creative lighting design. To complement the design, we selected iconic, show-stopping venues in each city, delivering similar "wow" moments for employees. In addition, we curated unique entertainment, crafted custom food and beverage menus, and designed immersive experiential light art for each event.
