Twisted Wonderland at Filoli Gardens

A Tim Burton-inspired holiday experience that transformed the historic Filoli Gardens into a dark, whimsical wonderland. Custom fabrication, immersive scenic design, themed food and cocktail program, and headline performances by Deadmau5 and Gryffin. Guests didn't attend a party. They entered a world.

Discovery

Creative Proposal

We'll come back with a concept, a production plan, a timeline, picklist of of activations, and a low, med, high budget

Pre-Production

Vendor contracting, site visits, technical specs, scenic build, talent advancing, and timeline refinement. Every detail locked.

Execution & Wrap

Our team is on site from first load-in to final strike. One production manager running the show. Budget reconciliation, vendor settlement, photo/video delivery, and a debrief so the next one is even better.
