We provided full-service planning to transform a vacant office space into a temporary HQ for their company-wide offsite. With their remote team flying in for the week, they needed a space that could host keynotes, serve daily meals, and offer a comfortable lounge area for coworking and casual hangouts. Since their existing office was too small, we built everything out from scratch — handling spatial design, layout, decor, furniture sourcing, staging, audio, and a fully spec’d catering program.
