The Foundry isn't a bare room you have to fill with vendors. Escape the Routine runs the entire event in-house with a full kitchen and bar program alongside a concert-grade AV, staging, and furniture package. One point of contact, one production plan.

What services do you offer?

Full-service events — AV staffing and equipment, lighting and video, beverage service, food service, venue staffing, branding, staging, and furniture rentals. We design, produce, and run the event end to end.

What's included in the license fee?

Access to the space for the duration of your rental agreement, plus 10 cocktail tables, 100 theatre chairs, 10 × 60″ rounds, and our in-house audio package. Staffing is charged separately, along with our lighting, video, food, and beverage packages.

What's your curfew?

2:00 AM.

Can we bring in outside vendors?

Yes — outside vendors are welcome as long as they're pre-approved with a production plan and meet our insurance requirements. The bar is exclusive to the space.

Do you offer valet?

Yes. Ask your sales rep and we'll arrange it for your event.

Can I bring in outside catering?

Yes, provided they complete a pre-event site visit and meet our insurance requirements. Outside catering is subject to a $2,000 catering buyout fee.

Can we ship items to the venue?

We can arrange receiving on a case-by-case basis — ask your sales rep for our rate card.‍
